I am passionate about data. My current job consists to analyze huge biological datasets for several researchers of the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA). I am skilled for most of the data-science steps: data pre-processing, application of statistical methods, data visualization and results communication.
I also have deep knowledge of bioinformatics since I worked mainly on genomic data. I am used with New Genereation Sequencing (NGS) input and have a special interest for RNA-Seq data analysis.
I have a special attraction for data visualization. Recently I developped The R graph Gallery, a website providing hundreds of R charts with the associated code. Do not hesitate to contact me if you want to discuss a dataviz project!
Now I am starting to look for a new opportunity (for next ~January) to succeed at my successful 4 years experience in the ge2pop team. I would be happy to live trough an abroad position again. If you have interesting datasets to explore, please contact me!
